Tanya Vanderflock from Disney's animated show Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series. I've trained this with about 70 screencaps from the show in all 26 episodes when she appears on screen. It will get her outfit down pretty close, but her wrist gadgets don't generate accurately and sometimes the light-blue part of her topwear generates a different color. Everything else generates consistently well when it comes to her outfit. For character appearance it will generate her perfectly. One other thing to note is if you remove the "white sclera" prompt, then it'll only show her eyes with no sclera showing. You can have her hair down too if you're looking for a different hairstyle. Not sure if I'll do Mallory McMallard in the future, but we'll see.
