SCAIL2 Motion Transfer / Character Replacement Workflow

T1.his workflow supports character replacement and motion transfer. The online version uses the FP16 model by default. For local deployment, you may select lightweight models based on your device configuration.

2.You can choose either the character replacement or motion transfer function as needed.

3.Character replacement uses character cutout images with black backgrounds (the original background will be removed). Motion transfer retains the background of the reference image.

4.Prompts have limited impact on the final result, but filling in relevant content is still recommended.

5.You may set the maximum frame count for the output video.

6.Select the number of SAM masks. Preview the masks in advance to verify the recognition accuracy and alignment with the reference image.

7.For better results, match the framing and shot size of the reference video. You can extract the first frame of the original video to create a matching reference image.

This workflow is available for free online testing. Download it for local use only if you find it satisfactory.
