This LoRA faithfully recreates Rhubella Rat, the snooty, ill-tempered head cheerleader from Perfecto Prep High in Acme City, appearing as a recurring rival/antagonist in Tiny Toon Adventures (1990–1992). Rhubella is the female half of the Perfecto Prep power couple alongside Roderick Rat (not related despite sharing the last name), serving as the direct evil counterpart to Babs Bunny. Together with Margot Mallard and the other Perfecto cheerleaders, she schemes against Acme Looniversity students, using her status, wealth, and cheerleading skills to belittle and sabotage the “riff raff” from Acme Loo (whom she loves to call “Acme Loo-sers”).She is portrayed as the ultimate spoiled rich brat: arrogant, perfectionist, haughty, and unable to handle defeat or when her nasty plans backfire. Voiced by Tress MacNeille (who also voices Babs Bunny and Buster Bunny), Rhubella delivers her lines with a perfectly condescending, valley-girl-meets-mean-girl attitude.
