Took me way too much fiddling, but here's your railgun derg! Mostly stable, though with some small quirks that can be negated with some basic prompting.

Recommended positives: mhrydu, winged arms*, wing blades**, blue tail***
*Optional on humanoid generations, may give silly results if omitted otherwise.
**For the claws/blades on the wingtips. May need extra weight depending on your prompt. Prepend with "blue" for the charged state. Can be prompted without the "winged arms" tag, which on humanoids will add the blades to the forearms like fins.
***For the charged state, can be used separately from the blades.
