It can be used as selfie lora unintentionally: remove the wristwatch and pointing tags, lower the weight and here you go! You can also change the pointing tag with something else (V, thumbs up etc).

Can have some artifacts. Use img2img with lowering this lora's weight and with some denoise (about 0.4 or so) / hirez fix or any prefered method.

Can generate the second watch on the other hand. I didn't find any way to fix it besides manually (adding other colors instead and then using img2img or inpaint to adjust the visuals). You can also try to generate without the "wristwatch" tag - sometimes there will not be any, sometimes there will be single one.

Try something like multiple wristwatches, dual wielding in negatives and single wristwatch in positives.

The hand with watch can be a bit big/long sometimes. Can be easily fixed with cropping the picture.

But all in all it's pretty fine i guess.

For more complicated stuff (changing the watch with something else etc) you will probably need to do a manual editing and/or inpainting.
