Kotobuki Seiko (Lovely Complex)

Seiko Kotobuki is a transgender girl from Lovely Complex manga and anime. She is a supporting character in both the original and sequel mangas, and the anime. Seiko is a friend and former love rival of Risa Koizumi's. Even though Seiko is usually cheerful and upbeat, she does get upset when it comes to her gender identity, like when she believes Otani thinks she's gross for being transgender, causing her to start crying.

She had surprisingly little artwork of her available. Most of the dataset is from lowish quality anime screencaps. Due to this the generated image can be a bit blurry at times so adding "blurry" to negative prompts can help. Also, when generating the sample pictures of her I used the tag "otoko no ko" due to her physique being boyish. Prompting her with the tag "1girl" would give her feminine curves, obviously.
