Recommended weight - 0.7 - 0.8 is good balance between stability and decent faces. What i mean is that with higher weights (besides obvious quality downshift) women faces can be more manly and bulky so see for yourself if it fits you.

Women can have scars sometimes when not specified so put the needed negatives and/or lower the weight if you don't need them.

Faces quality aren't perfect so use your preferable way of fixing them.
