『ツインビー』シリーズの登場人物で、1991年に業務用シューティングゲームとして発売された『出たな!!ツインビー』の舞台となる惑星メルの女王である。しかし彼女は人間ではなく、惑星メルに住まう人々の善良な意思の集合体にして惑星メルの守護神とされている。後に全宇宙の平和の象徴とされ、レインボーベルと深い関わりのある存在になった。つまり彼女は人々の善の意思が集まり生まれた善の概念そのものであり、優しい顔つきやおっとりした性格など清楚100％な外見＆内面も納得の存在といえよう。『ツインビーRPG』や『ツインビー対戦ぱずるだま』では声がつき、井上喜久子が演じている。
