Trigger Words for her shinobi outfit are "Ikaruga_Shinobi, white military uniform, golden buttons, golden epaulettes, black shirt, purple tie, long sleeves, armband, white gloves, white pleated skirt, black pantyhose, white knee boots". You can try adding "aiguillette" but it doesn't work very well.
