Happi(Festival Coat)

Illustrious update of dataset and slightly cleaned up tags only. Adding "jacket" to the prompt helps get the length about right. Most images in the dataset are open coats so it's predisposed towards having something under the happi.

Dataset is 100% women as per usual.
