Grunge - Gen13 (Illustrious)

Percival Chang, aka Grunge from Gen 13. This was another suggestion! Unfortunately I don't think I got the face very well since it comes out looking very anime-generic and the tattoo is kind of hit and miss. But I think the body came out well!
