Frame Interpolation workflow - smoother video playback

Adds frames to video, increasing the frames per second (fps), for smoother playback.

Audio from the original can be piped into the final video or extracted and saved separately for further post processing.

Auto calculates output frame_rate based on original frame rate and frame multiplier.
