It all started with a vision - an athletic female character for SDXL. Loaded 20+ images, each captioned with consistent tags, all starting with the trigger word fit buxy.

Training proceeded at 1024x1024 resolution, batch_size: 1, learning rate 0.00005. After 1500 steps, the model was ready.

Sampler DPM++ 2M Karras, CFG 8, weight 0.7-1.2. The results? Realistic fitness women with defined abs and muscular legs, perfect for fitness photography.

Just three letters trigger it all - fit buxy. The rest follows naturally.
