这个lora是我在civitai训练的第二个lora，效果相当不错。

它基于wai illustrious v16版本，但是我建议在wai 17版本上运行，因为wai大佬最新的v17肢体控制做的非常好。

这个lora必须要加触发词：duonashanliang 必须要加，否则没有效果，建议强度在0.8-1.2。

This LoRA is the second one I've trained on Civitai, and it works remarkably well.

It is based on Wai Illustrious V16, but I recommend running it on Wai V17. This is because the latest V17 version by creator Wai delivers excellent limb control performance.

You must use the trigger word duonashanliang for this LoRA. It is mandatory; otherwise, it will not produce any effect. The recommended strength setting is between 0.8 and 1.2.
