Cone Hat

A style of hat that is ubiquitous throughout Asia, known by many names. AKA the "kasa" (Japan), "douli" (China), "Ngop" (Thailand), and many more. Often called a "rice hat" in the West due to its common use by rice farmers as sun protection.

In general, it works better for realistic images rather than anime/cartoon ones due to bias in the image set (for some reason, I had real trouble finding anime/cartoon images, but maybe I just gave up too soon).
