I tried training in her septum ring, but for whatever reason it just wouldn't take.

For some reason, it has some trouble with rendering her eyes. My usual recommended trick of putting "white pupils" and "white irises" in the negative helps, but her eyes gave me a lot of trouble. I wonder if its because they're blue? Anyway I'm just warning it might take inpainting and a couple of passes/attempts before it comes out looking good on that detail.
