Charlene (Victor y Valentino)

This LoRA faithfully recreates Charlene, the eerie, macabre-obsessed and recurring character from Cartoon Network's Victor and Valentino (voiced by Cristina Milizia). Charlene is a strange, deadpan who lives in the supernatural-saturated town of Monte Macabre, Mexico.
