About this model
Introduction:
Hey everyone, here’s a character model of Aimu from Pandaclip: The Black Thief.
She’s known as the shopkeeper in the village, especially for the panda crew (Chiwa, Pio, Piono, Neva).
Why Aimu? Simple — her dataset has 28 images from the same artist, which makes training much smoother. I originally thought about Nyanko, but she only had 16 images, in random styles, random resolutions, and no consistent ratio even low quality. Training her would’ve been a nightmare compared to Aimu.
Tagging for Aimu was done with Waifu Tagger, but I still spent a lot of time double-checking and fixing tags. Training went through multiple epochs — early ones looked promising, but I eventually tested 6, 8, and 10 in Colab and found epoch 6 to be the most stable. The others were similar but worse, and anything past that was basically overfit chaos.
Thank you so much for the support and extra Buzz — it really motivates me to keep going! I’ve been rushing some deadlines lately for new characters, many of them related to Pandaclip, plus another new dog-girl-type character. As for Nyanko, I’ll make her after this LoRA. If you want me to prioritize Nyanko, feel free to leave a comment — I’d really appreciate it!
